Hot Rod Nights Show Reminders · Effective November 1, 2026

Program Description

Hot Rod Nights Show Reminders is a free reminder service run by Hot Rod Nights of Sebring, Florida. When you ask for a reminder about a car show, cruise-in or swap meet listed on our flyer board at hotrodnights.net, we send you one text message before that show, at the time you picked: 2 hours before, 1 day before or 1 week before.

Message Frequency

One (1) reminder message per sign-up. For shows that repeat (weekly or monthly), you get one reminder for the next upcoming date only. We do not send repeat reminders, marketing or promotional messages. If you reply STOP, you get one confirmation message and nothing after that. If you reply HELP, you get one help message.

Cost

Hot Rod Nights does not charge for reminders. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to Opt In

You opt in only on our website. On the Events-Flyers page, pick a show from the Remind Me list and press Remind Me. In the window that opens, choose when you want the reminder, enter your US mobile number, check the box that says “I agree to the Terms and to receive a one-time reminder text from Hot Rod Nights at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” and press Send. The box is never checked for you, and you cannot sign up without checking it.

Sign-ups are received by email by Hot Rod Nights, along with the show, the reminder timing, your number and the date and time you agreed. Reminders are sent manually or by our system near the time you chose.

How to Opt Out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any Hot Rod Nights text to cancel. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. We will send one message confirming you are opted out, and no more messages after that. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on our website.

Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any Hot Rod Nights text for help, or email hotrodnights@yahoo.com.

Privacy

• Your phone number is used only to send the show reminder you asked for and to honor STOP and HELP replies.
• We never sell, rent or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
